The Proposal
Please answer all of the questions to the best of your ability. We understand that ideas evolve, so think of this as a starting point. A working title and general description are all that’s needed for now. If your session is selected, you’ll receive a shared Google Doc to further shape and refine your proposal with support from the planning team. We’re excited to collaborate with you and help bring your session to life!
Guiding Principle
As part of your proposal, please select the Guiding Principle that best aligns with your session.
Relationships First: Strong connections between students, educators, and mentors are essential. AI must assist, but never replace, the human relationships that drive growth and success.
Advance Equity: Committing to equitable access and opportunities for every individual, ensuring AI expands possibilities rather than perpetuating systemic biases.
Responsible Innovation: AI should enhance—not replace—human decision-making. Clear policies and ethical guidelines must protect privacy, ensure accountability, and promote transparency.
Continuous Improvement: Our work is iterative. We prioritize thoughtful evaluation and flexibility, adapting our approach as technology and human needs evolve.
